Seller Fees
Listing products on The Online Garden is free, we will not make you pay to set up a vendor account and list products under it. However, we will take a commission from each sale you make through The Online Garden and you may be subject to payment fees via Stripe, these are:
5% Commission
1.5% + 20p Payment Charges
By using this model we don’t make you pay a large upfront cost for your store or any monthly fees for hosting, we only make money when you do.
Please be aware that we may alter these charges from time to time to ensure we can keep providing you with this service, all changes will be on here and our terms and conditions page 14 days before any changes are made, we will also try to notify you via the Store Manager Panel.
Currently, products have a minimum list price of £1.50 including items that are on sale, all this means is that you are unable to sell a product for less than £1.50. If you sell products that would usually be listed for less than £1.50 individually we recommend that you create bundles including the product.

Membership Tiers
We believe that you shouldn’t have to pay monthly or upfront to unlock the basics you need to sell online, that is why we provide ALL our vendors with a FREE membership tier, this tier will provide you with all the core features needed to sell and manage your store with us and 2 additional staff accounts. We believe this will provide you with everything you need to run a successful store with us. We do however operate paid membership tiers, these tiers all all the same core features as our free tier but with a higher limit of additional staff accounts, these are detailed below.
FREE - 'Seed' tier
- All core features required to sell with us.
- 2 additional staff accounts
£10/month - 'Sprout' tier
- All core features provided in the ‘Seed’ tier.
- 5 additional staff accounts
£15/month - 'Bloom' tier
- All core features provided in the ‘Seed’ tier.
- 10 additional staff accounts
This membership feature is still a new feature and so you may experience the occasional bug, if you do, please get in touch with us here and we will do our best to fix this for you.
