A very nice, complete set, consisting of a mixture of first, second and third editions of the volumes, published between 1902 and 1905, including the scarce 'Household Hints' (no. 14), as follows: Soups (3rd ed); Ices (2nd); Pickles and Preserves (2nd); Entrees (3rd); Meat and Game (2nd); Sweets. Part 1 (3rd); Sweets. Part 2 (2nd); Breakfast and Lunch Dishes (2nd); Salads, Sandwiches and Savouries (2nd); Vegetables (1st); Bread, Cakes and Biscuits (1st); Fish. Part I (1st); Fish. Part II (Cold Fish, 1st); Household Hints (1st). There are variations from copy to copy (not necessarily according to the edition) in the shade of red-orange that is used for the cover text; some of the cream cloth covers are cleaner and brighter than the others, and there are black marks to 'Breakfast ans Lunch Dishes', but all are very good and tight.
