Pap powder is made from whole organic corn, washed sun dried and dehydrated and grounded into powder. Corn is a staple food in west Africa countries like Nigeria. Pap powder is mainly used to make pap or what what is called corn pudding. It is commonly eaten in Nigeria by all people.Ibos call it Akamu, Yorubas call it Ogi, while the Hausas call it koko. Pap powder is similar to custard which is made from dehydrated cornstarch. Pap powder can be used also as thickener for soups,apart from being eaten as pudding by both young and old. To make pap pudding,mix your desired quality in cold water,boil hot water and pour the boiled water into the mixture until it thickens. Serve with milk and honey
